Hidden billing gotchas

  • Lyro is sold in fixed conversation tiers with no per-conversation overage. Monthly plans auto-upgrade to the next tier at 95% of the quota; annual plans, or auto-upgrade switched off, stop answering chats at the limit.
  • A Lyro conversation closes after 15 minutes of inactivity, so a customer who comes back later counts again.
  • Human-handled chats need a separate Customer Service plan (Starter $29/mo for 100 conversations, Growth from $59/mo). Above 1,000 Lyro conversations it's a sales-quoted Plus or Premium plan.
  • The free plan's 50 Lyro conversations are a one-time allowance per account, not monthly.
